Calvin Klein Underwear introduces fall 2008 Global Advertising Campaign featuring Actress Eva Mendes

Calvin Klein, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation [NYSE: PVH] and Calvin Klein Underwear, a division of The Warnaco Group Inc. [Nasdaq: WRNC], today introduced the Fall 2008 Calvin Klein Underwear advertising campaign featuring actress Eva Mendes.

This campaign supports the launch of Seductive Comfort, the latest offering from Calvin Klein Underwear. Seductive Comfort is a new line of bras which offer the unique combination of the Calvin Klein aesthetic with a new level of fit, support, and superior comfort.

The Fall 2008 campaign will be featured in global print and outdoor advertising spanning 26 countries timed to coincide with September 2008 magazine issues. Imagery will be posted at key outdoor sites including those in New York, and Miami, as well as Mexico, Canada, Italy, UK, Spain, Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, China, and Singapore.

The campaign was shot by renowned photographer Steven Meisel in New York City under the creative direction of CRK, Calvin Klein, Inc.’s in-house advertising agency, and consulting creative director Fabien Baron, Baron + Baron. Meisel has photographed many memorable Calvin Klein advertising campaigns, and also shot the upcoming Calvin Klein Secret Obsession fragrance campaign also featuring Ms. Mendes.

Ms. Mendes has a long-standing relationship with the house of Calvin Klein and has been wardrobed by Calvin Klein Collection many times. She has worked with the line’s award-winning Creative Director, Francisco Costa, for events such as the CFDA Fashion Awards, The Whitney Art Party, Fashion Rocks, and last month’s Independent Spirit Awards, as well as other personal appearances and premieres.
