Calvin Klein Underwear Introduces Advertising Campaign for “Bold” Featuring New Model Matthew Terry

NEW YORK, NY, JANUARY 19, 2012 – Calvin Klein, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PVH Corp. [NYSE: PVH], today unveiled the company’s Spring 2012 global multimedia advertising campaigns for the Calvin Klein Underwear (owned and operated by Warnaco Inc. [NYSE: WRC]), Calvin Klein Collection, ck Calvin Klein, Calvin Klein Jeans (also operated by WRC) and Calvin Klein brands.

The striking Spring 2012 Calvin Klein Underwear campaign supports the launch of the latest men’s offering, Calvin Klein Underwear Bold, and was shot by renowned photographer Steven Klein in Joshua Tree, California. Inspired by the line’s bright colors and daring energy, the campaign imagery captures the strong, sexy and vibrant appeal of the new men’s underwear and sleepwear program and features new model, Matthew Terry, alongside models Myles Crosby, Arran Sly and Chris Garavaglia. Mr. Terry, who also appears in the Spring 2012 Calvin Klein Jeans campaign, is a personal trainer from Pennsylvania who was discovered in 2011 after being named co-winner of the annual VMAN/Ford Model Search. These represent his first global advertising campaigns.

The Spring 2012 global print advertising campaign for the men’s and women’s Calvin Klein Collection was shot by photographers Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott at Villa Teman in St. Jean, St. Barts and features Dutch supermodel Lara Stone alongside Tyson Ballou.

Ms. Stone – who again this season is featured in the Calvin Klein Collection, ck Calvin Klein and Calvin Klein Jeans global advertising campaigns – continues her long-standing relationship with the house. She remains ranked as the #1 female fashion model in the world by the industry website Ms. Stone was first introduced on the Calvin Klein Collection runway at the Spring 2007 show and has been the face of multiple global advertising campaigns for the house’s lifestyle brands since Fall 2010.

The ck Calvin Klein Spring 2012 advertising campaign was photographed by Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott in St. Barts as well and features Ms. Stone alongside Mr. Crosby and Chinese supermodel Liu Wen – who was also in the brand’s Spring 2011 advertising campaign imagery.

The Calvin Klein Jeans Spring 2012 advertising campaign was also shot by Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott and features Ms. Stone, Mr. Terry, Mr. Crosby, Mr. Sly, as well as Toni Garrn and Joan Smalls. Set on Guanahani Beach in St. Barts, the campaign vividly captures the brands’ bright, new high density stretch skinny crop for women and double indigo straight cut jean for men.

All of these campaigns were produced under the creative direction of CRK, Calvin Klein, Inc.’s in-house advertising agency, working with consulting creative director Fabien Baron of Baron + Baron.

The Spring 2012 advertising campaign for Calvin Klein was shot by photographer Sebastian Kim in Canyon Point, Utah. Models Lily Donaldson and Danny Beauchamp return from the brand’s Fall 2011 campaign for the spring creative, which was also produced under the creative direction of CRK.
